Commercial cleanouts and construction debris

Office cleanouts, retail refits, property-manager turnovers, debris hauls, and scheduled equipment transport for commercial jobs.

What we haul

Office refits, retail turnovers, post-construction debris.

We price by truckload. If the debris needs more than two trucks, we will tell you when a rolloff is cheaper.

  • Office furniture, cubicles, and filing cabinets
  • Retail fixtures, shelving, and displays
  • Restaurant equipment (walk-ins require notice)
  • Construction debris - drywall, lumber, tile, flooring
  • Post-remodel cleanup (one-truck or multi-truck)
  • Rental-property turnover contents
  • Storage-unit cleanouts
  • Equipment and material transport, including scissor lifts and precast components
Equipment transport

Job-site equipment and materials, moved point to point.

From scissor lifts to precast concrete risers, Pinky's provides scheduled trailer transport for commercial customers. This is transport—not disposal—so the approved load is secured and delivered to the destination in the quote.

Custom transport quote

Pricing is based on the load, route, pickup and delivery access, timing, and securement requirements.

How it runs

Three steps from site walk to cleared space.

1

Site walk

Share photos or meet us on site. We give one flat truckload number before the job starts.

2

Schedule

We can work before opening, after closing, or during business hours, whichever keeps you moving.

3

We haul

A uniformed crew and labeled truck complete the approved scope and leave the work area clear.

Notes every commercial client gets up front

  • For demolition debris beyond 2 trucks, we'll recommend a rolloff partner instead of overselling our truck.
  • After-hours pickups later than 6:00 PM add $50.
  • Transport-only work is quoted by load, route, access, and securement needs.
