About

A pink truck, a local crew, a decade of AV pickups.

Pinky's Junk Removal has hauled junk out of Lancaster, Palmdale, and Quartz Hill garages since 2014. Locally owned, flat-rate, donation-first, and still pulling into the same neighborhoods every week.

The story (in Pinky's words)

"I started the truck to clean out my own garage."

Ten years ago, we were staring at a Lancaster garage so full we couldn't park in it anymore. Hauling it out ourselves took a weekend. A neighbor saw the truck and asked if we'd do hers next. Then her sister's. Then a friend in Palmdale.

The name came from the pink paint job on that first truck. People called it "Pinky's" before we ever put the name on a door magnet. So it stuck.

The price rule stuck too: one flat number before arrival, same number on the receipt. We don't upsell at the curb. We don't weigh the load. If it fits, it fits, and we sweep up before we leave.

A decade, step by step

The four moments that shaped the business.

  1. 2014

    One truck, three cities

Pinky ran the first Lancaster pickup out of one bed-lined truck. Flat rate from day one. That part stayed.

  2. 2017

    First 1,000 jobs

Word-of-mouth across Palmdale's Rancho Vista and Anaverde corridors grew the route. Crews doubled.

  3. 2020

    Eco-routed standard

Donation-first routing became the standard: Habitat ReStore, Goodwill AV, then LA County recycling before the transfer station.

  4. 2024

    10 years in the AV

A decade of flat pricing and repeat customers. The $199 Special is still the most-booked tier.

Flat rate, every time

No hourly clock, fuel surcharge, or per-item upcharge. The number on the phone is the number on the receipt.

Donate first

Usable items go to Habitat ReStore or Goodwill Antelope Valley before they get anywhere near a landfill.

Recycle second

Metals, appliances, and e-waste route through LA County facilities. Refrigerant handled to code.
